The Community Concert Band is seeking new members. There are openings for
several instruments. While players must have experience, we welcome amateur
and out-of-practice musicians. College and high school music students, we want you too!

Our organization, located in Maplewood, NJ, is proud to provide music and music resources to Maplewood and South Orange, NJ and the surrounding communities.
Maplewood Community Music (MCM) ensembles perform numerous times throughout the year and all performances are free. We have four ensembles, made up of volunteer musicians, which offer a variety of music including classical, modern, swing, jazz, Dixieland, and more from around the world.
MCM proudly supports the young student musicians of our area through its Youth Outreach programs and also shares donations it receives with local community youth music programs, offers an instrumental music camp, and provides other resources for musicians.
Partnering with other Maplewood area organizations, we bring additional music-related events to the community.
MCM also provides access to music resources including private lesson teachers and musicians for hire.
