Each summer, Maplewood Community Music is excited to present its instrumental music camp. The camp is open to young musicians entering grades 4 - 8 that are residents of Maplewood or South Orange. Musicians of all skill levels are welcome.

Activities

Each camp session consists of the following activities:

  • fun summer music selections for bands/ensembles
  • small-group practice
  • "jazz corner" with the pros
  • rhythm circle
  • instrument of the day
  • end-of-week performance
